“The first Thursday of every month at Nice N Sleazy, Adele Bethel (Sons and Daughters) and The Sophisticated Boom Boom get things shaking in the basement, though a considered mix of Girl Groups, Rock & Roll, Soul, New Wave, Rhythm & Blues, Garage, and the guilty pleasures worth sharing. Join in as the dance floor fills to critical mass.
This month we are thrilled to have the return of Russell Elder (Monorail Music, Leather Jackets) and Duncan Harvey (Button Up), each doing a set that is sure to delight all, us included, on the dance floor. 11:30pm-3:00am, downstairs, £3
It’s that time of the month again, where we team up with Adele Bethel, of Sons & Daughters, and host ‘BOOM BOOM!’, a raging dance party, at Nice n Sleazy, in Glasgow.
The next BOOM BOOM! won’t be again until the new year, so come join us for this very special edition where we will celebrate the birth of one of our DJs and the great year that we have had. Expect lots of our favourites and as always, dancing. As well, one of the men behind some of our favourite mixes, Mr. Duncan Harvey, of Button Up, will be gifting us with some of his sounds.

Adele Bethel (Sons & Daughters) and The Sophisticated Boom Boom are back to present you with another edition of our monthly night, ‘Boom Boom!’, Nice n Sleazy, Glasgow. We play our favourite tunes (garage, girl groups, psych, new wave, R&B, punk, soul, etc…) and set the example to everyone else, of dancing like no one is watching. Let’s all get a little reckless.
